Two agreements run every engagement. Direct bookings of Speaking for Success keynotes use the client agreement only — SFS keeps 100% of the fee. Roster engagements use both.

Client Engagement Agreement

Between Speaking for Success (BMEC Services LLC) and the booking client

Covers scope of the engagement, date and format, fee and payment terms, travel, recording rights, cancellation and rescheduling.

Covers vetting, engagement acceptance, the 75% speaker / 25% platform split, payout timing, conduct and non-circumvention.
