How the 25% platform fee works
On engagements booked through the platform, the speaker keeps 75% of the booking fee and Speaking for Success retains a flat 25%. There are no listing charges, no per-message charges and no fee on enquiries that do not become bookings.

Billing and cancellation
- Roster Pro is billed monthly by card through Stripe and renews until you cancel.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- If a payment fails, member features pause until the payment method is updated.
- Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are added where required.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Engagements already confirmed keep their agreed figures.
Speaking for Success keynotes
Keynotes delivered under the Speaking for Success name are quoted individually after a discovery call, based on event length, format, audience and location. Workshops, panel moderation and half-day sessions are available as standalone or combined formats.

Is there a fee to apply or to be listed?
Applying to join is free. Listing and using the member features — the Roster Room, Opportunity Scout and profile analytics — sit behind Roster Pro.
When is the platform fee charged?
Only on engagements booked through Speaking for Success. The 25% fee is taken from the booking fee, so the speaker keeps the remaining 75%. There is no fee for a lead that does not turn into a booking.
Can I cancel Roster Pro?
Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation charge.
Who sets the speaker fee?
Each speaker sets their own fee range, shown on their profile. The confirmed figure appears in the client agreement before anything is signed.
Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy apply to every purchase. Membership never affects vetting decisions.
